About me

I’m a licensed clinical psychologist with over a decade of experience helping people navigate anxiety, mood challenges, trauma, peak performance pressures, relationship concerns, and substance use issues.

My approach is integrative, drawing on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic theory, mindfulness, and strength-based approaches. But more than any particular method, what guides me is a genuine curiosity about who you are and what you're navigating. Together, we'll explore the deeper patterns shaping your experience alongside the everyday shifts that can help you feel and function differently. I provide room for and value both reflection and real, practical change.

I tend to connect well with people who are thoughtful and curious about themselves. I aim to provide present-moment relief, but at the core, a shift towards understanding what's really going on and why. I care a lot about creating a space where you feel understood. That means taking your history seriously, understanding what you're carrying, and moving at a pace that feels right for you. I'm engaged and present in the work, and I'll be with you through the harder parts just as much as the easier ones.

Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck in familiar patterns, or simply ready for something to be different, I believe therapy can be a meaningful place to slow down, find some clarity, and reconnect with yourself. Sessions are 45–50 minutes and shaped around what you need. My hope is that this feels like a space where you can be honest, explore what matters most to you, and gradually move toward the kind of life you want to be living.
