Many people struggle with concerns related to sexual health, intimacy, or relationships but feel uncomfortable talking about them—even with healthcare providers. My goal is to create a safe, respectful space where these conversations can happen openly and without judgment.

I am a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of clinical experience and a specialized focus on sexual health and intimacy. In my work with individuals and couples, I help people navigate challenges such as low desire, sexual pain, intimacy concerns, and the sexual side effects of medical conditions or medications.

My approach is compassionate, practical, and evidence-based. I believe sexual well-being is an important part of overall health and quality of life, and many concerns can improve significantly with the right support, education, and communication strategies.

In addition to counseling patients, I also provide education to healthcare professionals on sexual health topics, an area that is often overlooked in traditional medical training. This work allows me to bring a strong clinical perspective to my counseling practice.
