I'm an experienced counselor, working in the field for over 20 years, who is dedicated to helping adults to recover from toxic parents or narcissistic abuse, along with managing ADHD and the overwhelm of life changes that shake your foundation.

I believe people can reshape the neural pathways formed in painful or chaotic environments, especially when they’re supported in a relationship that feels steady, respectful, and attuned. I see every client’s strengths as evidence of how hard they’ve worked to survive, and I name those strengths so they can become foundations for change. I’ve provided individual therapy, group counseling, crisis intervention, and clinical supervision for developing therapists. My approach is grounded in a steady, collaborative relationship where clients feel genuinely seen and supported. I integrate trauma‑informed care, polyvagal theory, and ADHD‑informed understanding to help us make sense of how your nervous system and past experiences shape the patterns you’re navigating today. Together, we notice survival responses with compassion, reduce shame, and build understanding and growth. As we build trust, we explore how trauma, toxic family dynamics, and ADHD can influence emotions and connection. Our work strengthens regulation, clarity, and self‑trust so you can move through relationships and your life with more grounding and choice.
I'm a big fan of using movement and exercise to self-regulate and love doing weight training and yoga. As a committed LGBTQ+ ally, I work to create a space where identity is affirmed and protected.
