About me
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Transformational Life Coach specializing in individual, couples, and groups for building and designing your best life. With over 30 years as a highly skilled, licensed, and trained psychotherapist my passion still lies in helping clients successfully navigate life’s challenges, discover their passion and flourish.
My specialty is in guiding people back to realizing their innate gifts, learning to embrace these gifts, and bring those qualities more fully into one’s life and the world.
Blending conventional and alternative approaches, I draws on a broad variety of styles and techniques to incorporate what will be most helpful for each client. I work with clients to help identify their areas where they are blocked, how to get moving, set and reach their goals in work, relationships, and life. Then build on their strengths and passions, and identify and achieve their life’s goals and dreams.
