Hi, I’m Maureen, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker passionate about helping people reconnect with their inner strength and sense of possibility. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity and compassion.

I help adults struggling with anxiety, chronic stress, and grief. Many of my clients experience constant worry, racing thoughts, or feel stuck in patterns that are hard to change, often during life transitions or after a loss. Therapy can be a supportive space to slow down, understand what’s driving your anxiety, and develop greater clarity and calm. In our early sessions, we’ll focus on your experiences and goals at a pace that feels right for you.
If you’re used to putting others first, therapy can feel unfamiliar or even hard to prioritize. Many clients I work with overthink, struggle to say no, or feel responsible for others’ feelings. Our early sessions offer a gentle space where you don’t have to perform, just begin exploring what you need and building self-trust.
