I'm a Certified Sex Therapist and relationship therapist working with couples and individuals on issues surrounding connection, intimacy, and sex.

Despite being hardwired for connection, self-doubt, anxiety, depression, and other everyday obstacles tend to get in the way. Struggles related to sexual desire or performance are so often burdened by shame or embarrassment. As an AASECT-Certified Sex Therapist and relationship therapist, I work with clients to foster greater comfort and openness around these topics. While I welcome all clients, I am particularly passionate about supporting those in the LGBTQIA+ community. As a member of this community, I understand the importance of having affirming spaces to explore and navigate our unique experiences.

My couples and individuals want to see meaningful change in their lives and they are ready to put in the work. With that, I often describe my style as "caringly confrontational." I provide a validating and nonjudgmental space while calling clients in if something is getting in the way of connection, intimacy, or sexual fulfillment.
