About me
I am a compassionate therapist dedicated to helping individuals heal from past wounds, overcome mental health challenges, and reconnect with a deeper sense of purpose and wholeness.
Welcome—I'm glad you're here. My name is Matt Lambiris, and I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and founder of Restored Minds Therapy in Costa Mesa, CA. I help individuals heal from the emotional wounds of their past, find relief from mental health and substance use struggles, and build lives rooted in clarity, purpose, and self-compassion.
With several years of experience supporting people in recovery from trauma, addiction, and co-occurring mental health challenges, I’ve come to deeply believe in the power of therapy to transform not just how we feel—but how we live. My approach is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and a respect for each person’s unique story. I work to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore what’s really going on beneath the surface and start making meaningful changes.
My practice integrates evidence-based modalities with a holistic and spiritual lens—honoring the emotional, psychological, and spiritual parts of healing. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, or early recovery, our work together can help you uncover your inner strength, shift old patterns, and move forward with greater peace and direction.
I offer individual therapy for adults, as well as group therapy in detox and residential settings. Sessions are available both in-person and via telehealth, and I welcome clients using insurance or private pay.
If you're ready to begin your healing journey—or even if you’re just curious about what therapy might offer—I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
