About me
I'm a therapist dedicated to supporting individuals through life's most challenging moments. With experience working across diverse populations and concerns, I bring compassion and skill to my practice.
I specialize in helping clients navigate depression, anxiety, trauma, and mood disorders. I also work with individuals facing panic attacks, posttraumatic stress, attachment difficulties, and life transitions. My focus extends to supporting caregivers, those managing chronic pain and illness, men's issues, young adults, and individuals with autism, intellectual disabilities, and personality disorders.
I'm committed to meeting clients where they are—whether you're seeking a therapist who shares your faith, values secular perspectives, or something in between. I work with clients of all ages and backgrounds, tailoring my approach to honor your unique needs and identity.
My therapeutic style is collaborative and grounded in evidence-based practices. I believe in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your concerns at your own pace. My background is in Behaviorism and Cognitive approaches but I also utilize creative approaches such as Narrative Therapy, Drama Therapy, and Narradrama. My approach is always trauma and neurodivergent informed.
Starting therapy takes courage, and I'm honored to walk alongside you on your journey.
