About me
I am a LCSW-QS. My professional experiences include healthcare, education, social work / social service administration, and mental health counseling / therapy, as well as being a co-owner of a care / case management and counseling / therapy practice
By applying a supportive, compassionate, and caring approach clients have the ability to use multiple tools to enhance and maintain their quality of life. As your counselor, my goal is to engage you in co-creating an active treatment plan that is directly related to your identified concerns, issues, and needs. I will guide you through the multiple layers of life's maze that include situations and experiences, feelings and emotions, thoughts, choices, and decision-making. Together we will make progress and strive forward towards your desired outcome. I utilize therapeutic intervention techniques that fit or work with you.
While my therapeutic specialty is working with adult and older adults who often have medical / health concerns, I am a generalist practioner for adults. I also offer psychological assessments / evaluations for consideration when a patient is seeking alternate approaches from conservative medical therapy and a psychological examination is required.
