About me
We can all need someone to help us from time to time, to listen and understand and it takes courage to seek this, especially when we are experiencing emotional distress.
I work integratively, tailoring the support to best suit you. Offering a safe, supportive space for you to begin to explore your challenges, understand yourself and begin to find your way forward with three years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, & depression. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.
