About me
I am a POC and LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist who blends evidence-based therapy with mindful, embodied practices to help older teens and adults heal, grow, and show up more fully in their lives.
I provide research-backed, trauma-informed therapy for older teens and adults navigating anxiety, identity development, relationship patterns, work stress, and emotional regulation. As a queer- and POC-affirming clinician and yoga teacher, I integrate mindfulness, somatic awareness, and evidence-based approaches (CBT, DBT, ACT, Mindfulness, IFS-informed care) to support sustainable change.
Clients often find me during moments of transition when familiar coping strategies stop working, when self-trust feels shaky, or when they’re ready to understand long standing emotional patterns. My style is structured, collaborative, and grounded in practical skills. Together, we work toward resilience, clarity, and a more authentic way of showing up in your life.
