About me

Supporting Adults in Healing, Growth, and Lasting Change

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Certified EMDR Therapist, I specialize in helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, addiction, and mood-related challenges. I believe in each person’s capacity for resilience and growth, and I’m committed to creating a safe, supportive space where healing and transformation can unfold.

My path to becoming a therapist was shaped by both personal passion and professional experience. After an early career in the entertainment and insurance industries, I felt a strong calling to return to what had always mattered most—mental health and helping others. I earned my Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from California Lutheran University and began specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a powerful and evidence-based approach to trauma healing.

In addition to my work with individual clients, I serve as the Clinical Director at Lotus Recovery, an outpatient treatment center providing comprehensive care for mental health and substance use. There, I oversee clinical services and ensure that clients receive high-quality, personalized treatment.

My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and individualized. I draw from EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based interventions, and Solution-Focused Therapy to support your unique goals. Whether you're looking to process unresolved trauma, manage difficult emotions, or reconnect with your sense of self, I’m here to help guide and empower you.

Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy running, hiking, hot yoga, weightlifting, and snowboarding. I also love spending time with my family, close friends, and my two dogs.

If you're ready to take the next step toward healing and self-discovery, I’d be honored to support you on your journey.
