About me
I am a passionate therapist committed to helping people find internal peace from the chaos and stress of life.
Hi, my name is Matt. I have been practicing therapy for 9 years now and have been in the Boise area since 2020. My main areas of training are in helping people heal and sort through the effects of trauma, as well as manage the unhealthy coping skills that often begin as a way to deal with said traumatic events
Life can be tough—whether you’re dealing with trauma, struggling with alcohol or pornography, or simply feeling overwhelmed. I work with adults and teens to help navigate these challenges in a safe, nonjudgmental space. Together, we’ll explore what’s going on beneath the surface and find effective ways to heal and move forward. If you or your teen are thinking about counseling, now could be the perfect time to take that first step toward peace and growth.
I can teach you effective coping skills. You will learn to be more self-confident and begin to feel more internal peace. I use a collaborative approach that guides our treatment, including any potential relapse prevention plans- whether that be for anxiety, substance abuse, or sexual misbehavior.
Check out my website to learn more about my approach, or give me a call for a free phone consultation. I hope to hear from you soon!
