About me
I'm a therapist with extensive experience supporting individuals through life's most challenging transitions and struggles. Throughout my career, I've worked with clients across the lifespan, with a particular focus on helping young adults, parents, and teens navigate their unique needs and concerns.
My areas of expertise include stress and anxiety, attention and focus challenges, self-esteem concerns, parenting issues, and addiction recovery. I'm passionate about helping clients explore their relationship with themselves and others—whether that's building self-compassion, improving communication, or healing family dynamics.
I work with women and young adults on issues ranging from life purpose and identity to family-of-origin patterns and substance use recovery. My approach is collaborative and person-centered, drawing on evidence-based practices to help you gain clarity and move forward with intention.
I believe therapy is a partnership. My role is to listen deeply, ask thoughtful questions, and support you in discovering your own wisdom and strength. Whether you're seeking to understand yourself better, improve your relationships, or find greater meaning, I'm here to walk alongside you with compassion and genuine care.
