I am a licensed professional counselor, LPC and certified as a trauma therapist, CTSS. My focus has been working with clients who have trauma in their lives and are ready to change unhealthy habits, thought patterns, and behaviors. We will work together as a team to focus on your inner strength and resilience to achieve the life you deserve.
Your story deserves to be told without judgment and I will provide a safe space for you to transform your life. We each have struggles and trauma in our lives that transform us into who we are today. Through those experiences, it led me to a place of wanting to assist others in finding their inner strength and resilience.
