Mary Lou Kerins

I️ am an experienced Marriage and Family Therapist who uses modern techniques to help teens and 20-30 somethings cope with life transitions, anxiety, and trauma. I️ also work with many couples on improving relationships, resolving conflict, and parenting.

I️ am an Orange County local who fell in love with helping people at a young age. I️ am a compassionate, ultra-friendly, high energy yet grounded individual who uses reason, intellect and common sense in the room with clients. I️ help teens, young adults, and couples navigate the challenges that life brings- difficult life circumstances, mental health issues, relationship issues, resolving trauma, etc. I️ use modern technology to chart your progress to ensure we are making the most use of your time in session, and that you are meeting your therapeutic goals. I️ want you to see and feel the improvement from our work together and for it to be very tangible. I️ am committed to your success and use unique approaches and interventions depending on your needs in session and overall goals.
