Hello! I am a mental health counselor at New Directions Counseling Center where I offer individual, couples, and family counseling services. I have experience working with all ages and am available to provide counseling services for children, adolescents, and adults! In my practice I prioritize person-centered services to meet clients specific needs and assure that anyone who walks through my door feels heard and supported through their healing journeys.

I provide person-centered counseling to address specific needs for each client, including but not limited to social and cultural needs. While I utilize a wide variety of therapy techniques, I primary help my clients from the beliefs of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.
