About me
I am a psychotherapist/Clinical Social Worker committed to helping individuals, families, and fellow therapists navigate life's road blocks and find a healthy path forward.
when you experience life stressors, trauma, family dysfunction, life transitions, or medical/emotional concerns, it's not uncommon to feel as if your life is unraveling. My role as a therapist is to help you find steps towards resolution of past issues and gain tools for being your best self.
I have been a psychotherapist for 42+ years, committed to helping individuals, families, couples, fellow therapists navigate life's road blocks and find a healthy path forward. My practice is grounded in evidence-based interventions, drawing from various modalities IE cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness based therapy, family systems, and person-centered strategies.
I prioritize the importance of building a trusting and empathic therapeutic relationship with my clients, as I believe this is the foundation for meaningful change. Therapy can be a transformative and empowering experience and I am honored to be a part of that journey.
I offer Virtual sessions, In-person sessions with opportunities for Walk and Talk sessions and art focused therapy techniques.
