I have dedicated decades to helping teens and adults who are experiencing depression, anxiety, and loss.

Grief and loss profoundly impact many aspects of our lives. In this culture, people tend to minimize their feelings and push forward without fully grieving. Often, that approach leaves us with various physical and emotional symptoms reflecting our grief, including depression, anger/irritability, anxiety, and exacerbation of physical issues. I offer a safe space to process feelings and help you heal as you integrate your loss into your new reality.
Sharing your emotions, exploring relationship issues, or other daily challenges can help you heal. I offer support to adults from age 18 to the end of life. I tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. It takes courage to reach out for help; I am here to support you in reaching your goals.
Treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion is central to my clinical practice. I work with clients to determine their starting point, decide how much they are ready to take on, and recognize when they have achieved what they need. It’s hard to ask for help, but it’s worth taking a chance to change your life.
