About me
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 40 years of experience and have worked in multiple settings with many individuals and families, including children through older adults suffering from Mental Health and Substance Use and Addiction Disorders, and Certified Trauma Professional. My experience includes group, individual, inpatient, outpatient, and private practice clients and telehealth. For more detailed information visit my website at Our Healing Journeys.com. We would love to hear from you.
I began my Mental Health and Addiction Recovery career many years ago and have had the opportunity to work with many individuals and groups to help them change their lives, both children, adults and families. I continue to engage in training opportunities and have taught and provided supervision of others as well. I work collaboratively with my clients, teach them strategies and interventions, encourage and validate their progress as they choose who they want to become. I am trained as a trauma professional, a cognitive behavior therapist, use mindfulness, meditation, dialectical behavior therapy, and journaling to enhance people lives. Let's have a conversation about your hopes and dreams.
