About me

I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 15 years of experience providing therapy to children, teens, and adults. I earned my Master of Social Work degree from the University of Pennsylvania and have dedicated my career to helping clients build resilience, strengthen relationships, and navigate life’s challenges.

My areas of specialization include anxiety, depression, attachment concerns, ADHD, self-esteem, school-related issues, behavioral challenges, disordered eating, and self-harming behaviors.
I believe therapy is a collaborative process. My goal is to work with each client to identify their personal goals and take meaningful steps toward achieving them together. By integrating evidence-based practices in a supportive and nonjudgmental space, I empower clients to foster growth, healing, and lasting positive change.
My clients are children, teens, adults, and families who feel weighed down by challenges that often feel too big to manage on their own. Many come to me struggling with anxiety, depression, or low self-esteem that gets in the way of their daily lives. Some are navigating ADHD, school stress, or family conflict, while others are working through more complex issues like self-harm.
Often, my clients (or their parents) are looking for a safe, nonjudgmental space where they can share what they’re going through and feel truly heard. They want tools that help them manage emotions, behaviors, and relationships — not just during our sessions, but in their everyday lives.
What they’re really looking for is change: relief from the heaviness of anxiety, clarity in the middle of self-doubt, more peace at home, or a stronger sense of connection in their relationships. Together, we set goals that feel meaningful and achievable, and we take steady steps toward them.
