I am an experienced trauma therapist who is dedicated to helping clients gain back their power by telling their own story.

I am an experienced therapist helping adults overcome trauma either from historical, generational or relationship abuse. I specailize in helping someone retell the story of their past to regain their power. My clients report that they feel empowed by the therapy that we do and that they appreciate my empathy and active feedback. I help my clients recognize that they are a whole person with their own thoughts and feelings that belong to them and help them find their voice.
My specialty is in Narriative Therapy, specifically, in generational and historical trauma as well as relationship trauma. I hold a doctorate in Social Psychology where I learned how to emplement attachment therapy in overcoming these traumas. I have been a Master's level LPCC-S for eleven years and bring compassion and experience to each session.
