About me
I have been actively engaged in the healing profession for over 25 years. My services focus on empowering people to overcome their present situation and equipping them to lead more productive, abundant lives. My superpower is a keen ability to listen, understand, and help others recognize their own internal strengths to improve their lives.
I have trained and utilized a variety of modalities to help clients such as cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, trauma sensitive approaches, motivational interviewing, and biblical counseling for those with a similar faith. I approach each client by conducting a comprehensive assessment via tools, interview, and observation. I utilize this information to develop an understanding of the issues you may be experiencing. I then collaborate with you to devise an appropriate course of treatment. Being well versed in a variety of modalities enables me to tailor a treatment plan that is aligned with the client’s specific needs.
Please, contact me for a free consultation so we can determine if I can be a catalyst for you in addressing your current life situation.
