About me
I have over 3 years of experience of providing therapy and over 13 years of experience providing advocacy to a wide variety of populations including older adults, at-risk youth, and survivors of domestic abuse and sexual assault. Clientele include individuals with diverse backgrounds and life experiences.
My clinical experience includes cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and individual and group counseling. I have worked with clients experiencing anxiety, stress, depression, crisis situations, isolation, substance use, and many other obstacles or barriers in reaching their personal goals.
