About me
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with more than 13 years of experience in the mental health field, specializing in guiding individuals through life's complexities while fostering healthier interpersonal relationships. My clinical practice emphasizes collaborative therapeutic approaches to address communication deficits, conflict resolution, and overall emotional wellness. I am committed to creating a secure therapeutic environment that facilitates clients' exploration of their presenting concerns and promotes meaningful psychological growth.
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially when you have been carrying stress, painful experiences, relationship challenges, or the pressure to hold everything together on your own. You do not have to navigate those experiences alone. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can speak openly, feel understood, and focus on what matters most to you.
I work with adults who want support with anxiety, depression, stress, grief, life transitions, relationship concerns, trauma-related experiences, self-esteem, and personal growth. Whether you feel overwhelmed, stuck in familiar patterns, emotionally exhausted, or disconnected from yourself, therapy can help you better understand what is happening and create meaningful change.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I listen carefully to your experiences, honor your strengths, and work with you to identify goals that fit your life, values, and needs. Together, we can explore the concerns bringing you to therapy, build coping strategies, strengthen boundaries, improve communication, and develop tools that help you move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
I believe therapy works best when you feel safe, respected, and genuinely heard. I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, I tailor our work to your individual goals and pace while offering honest feedback, encouragement, and practical support along the way.
You deserve space to care for your own well-being. If you are ready to take the next step, I invite you to reach out and see whether we may be a good fit.
