About me
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker/ Certified Clinical Trauma Professional that is passionate about working with survivors of sexual trauma, domestic violence, and those seeking to overcome anxiety. Have you been feeling confused while trying to navigate through everyday life, parenthood, and/or relationships? Are you tired of being the "strong friend" and need a safe space to process/unpack? Do you feel restricted to the therapist in your area code? If you checked any of these boxes, I’m here to help. Together we can start your journey to balance those scales, overcome negative self-talk and deal with your past at your pace.
I provide telehealth therapy via the HIPAA-compliant portal. This portal ensures that our sessions are conducted through secure encryption, and also HIPAA-compliant. Your session is secure and protected all while allowing you to be in a space that is comfortable for you. Show up in your favorite pajamas, wrapped in your comfy blanket, with your favorite tea or in bed surrounded by all your pillows, and with the support of your fur baby. My practice caters to individuals that would like therapy outside of “traditional” 9-5 practice hours. I currently only accept self/private pay clients, Loveland vouchers and I offer a sliding scale. Mini sessions are available. Please visit my website or contact me directly for more details.
