About me

Do you feel like you’re never good enough?

You’re feeling like no matter how hard you try, the expectations shift, and you are left feeling like it’s never good enough.

Your mind is constantly running and can’t never take a break because you “need to be prepared for the worst that could happen”.

You’re always on the run but feel like you’re spinning your wheels and can’t accomplish what you hoped for.

You’re always questioning your decisions and thinking you should have done things differently.

You have a hard time saying no but are left feeling gross about it.

You can’t seem to let go or forget experiences that have caused you hurt and pain.

If you identify with these statements, please know it is not your fault. These may be a sign that you’re carrying some unhealed pain with you.

Let me support you in processing those experiences, so you can live a life that feels fulfilling and meaningful.

I have over a decade of experience working in the trauma field!

I am a BIPOC and bicultural Trauma Therapist who serves adult trauma survivors in Iowa, Washington, and Wisconsin through online trauma therapy in both English and Spanish.

As a Spanish speaking trauma therapist, I provide a safe and supportive space where individuals can explore their experiences and work towards healing.

My expertise lies in addressing trauma related to interpersonal violence, and I have a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by the BIPOC and immigrant communities, college students, first responders, and healthcare workers.

I am dedicated to empowering my clients on their journey to healing. Through a client-centered approach, I tailor my therapeutic techniques to meet the specific needs of each individual. All of this via telehealth.

I was born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela. My family and I moved to the United States back in 2008. Growing up in Venezuela was wonderful and I miss it every day; however, I'm very lucky to have built a life here and call it my home.

As an immigrant I can absolutely relate to the struggles of having two homes, missing your family back home and also having built a new life.

It sometimes can be hard to explain to folks who don't share the same experience, specially coming from a culture that is so family oriented and where belonging involves an entire community.
