About me
In our therapy sessions, we will work together to identify the areas of your life that feel overwhelming or stressful, while also highlighting your strengths and existing resilience. By building on your natural resources, we can create practical strategies for managing challenges more effectively.
Together, we will develop a thoughtful treatment plan with clear, meaningful goals that guide each session and support your growth. Using evidence-based approaches, we’ll address concerns such as anxiety, depression, anger, and stress by strengthening coping skills, challenging unhelpful thought patterns, and developing realistic ways to apply these tools in your daily life. Everyone has the capacity to thrive, and I am here to support you in discovering and reaching your fullest potential.
My strengths include being open, personable, and easy to talk to, and I prioritize creating a comfortable, welcoming environment where clients feel at ease. I take my work seriously and am deeply committed to ongoing training to ensure I provide high-quality, evidence-based care. Client feedback is incredibly important to me, and I regularly seek it out so that each session feels meaningful, supportive, and aligned with your needs.
I am a dedicated therapist with experience across multiple levels of care, including inpatient and outpatient hospital psychiatry and day treatment programs for high school students. I have worked with adults, adolescents, and families, providing thoughtful, evidence-based treatment across a range of clinical settings. As a Level 3 Certified TEAM Cognitive Behavioral Therapist, I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, and ADHD. I help clients develop effective tools to manage symptoms by learning to recognize and challenge unhelpful thought patterns. I also incorporate mindfulness, guided imagery, and deep relaxation techniques to support stress management and overall well-being. If you’re looking for a compassionate, skilled therapist, I would be honored to support you on your journey.
