About me
Martine adapts her approach to meet each client’s individual needs, understanding that there’s no one-size-fits-all path to healing. Her goal is to help clients feel empowered, valued, and more connected to themselves as they grow and move forward in their wellness journey.
Martine is a person-centered therapist who believes that each client is the expert of their own life. Her role is to walk alongside clients, offering support, guidance, and tools to help them navigate their unique journey. She has extensive experience working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, trauma, stress, life transitions, and family or relationship challenges.
Martine’s warm, relaxed, and down-to-earth approach helps clients feel safe, supported, and understood. In therapy, she creates space for clients to share their stories, explore patterns in their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, and develop coping skills to better manage life’s challenges. Together, she and her clients work to strengthen self-awareness, build confidence, and foster a deeper sense of control and balance.
