My name is Martine. I am an LCSW-R in New York State. I have experience in many counseling techniques and find myself to have an open-minded compassionate approach to therapy. I approach each individual with respect and openness in listening to their story. I use a strengths-based approach to identify goals and strategies to address your concerns. I have training in motivational interviewing, trauma informed care, and take an ecological approach to working with clients. I am of Christian faith and feel comfortable of introducing faith-based counseling techniques upon your request.
