Philosophy of Transformation
I believe strongly in the power of transformation. Transformation involves change guided by compassion, honesty, hope, and a willingness to grow. My therapeutic approach is rooted in acceptance, is client-centered, and is non-judgmental. I also practice transparency and offer unconditional positive regard, giving individuals the opportunity to gain education, insight, and skills that support meaningful change.
