About me
I specialize in supporting individuals, couples and families navigating complex trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use, personality disorders, relationship challenges, and life transitions.
I believe deep healing is possible, and that you deserve a compassionate, nonjudgmental space to explore what that looks like for you.My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, empowered, and deeply seen.
My approach is relational, trauma-informed, eclectic, and grounded in curiosity and compassion. Together, we’ll work to better understand patterns that no longer serve you and move toward greater self-connection. I believe that emotions and symptoms often carry important messages, and together we’ll explore them with curiosity rather than judgment.
Therapy isn’t about fixing you—because you're not broken. It’s about creating a life aligned with your true self. I'm committed to being a supportive partner in that process. Whether you're hoping to better understand yourself, shift long-standing patterns, or process painful experiences, I aim to meet you with compassion, respect, and a sense of possibility.
