About me
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I specialize in helping individuals navigate emotional pain, life transitions, relationship challenges, and patterns that may leave them feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, anxious, or emotionally stuck. My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel genuinely seen, understood, and empowered to grow.
I have extensive experience working with adults experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma-related symptoms, mood disorders, stress, grief, low self-esteem, emotional burnout, and relational difficulties. I also work with individuals who are struggling with loneliness, people-pleasing, attachment wounds, communication difficulties, and major life changes involving relationships, career, identity, or personal direction.
My therapeutic style blends evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), mindfulness-based interventions, emotional regulation skills, and trauma-informed care. Together, we will explore the underlying patterns contributing to emotional distress while building practical tools to improve coping, emotional resilience, self-awareness, and healthier relationships.
I believe therapy should feel both supportive and productive. Whether you are trying to heal from past experiences, improve your emotional well-being, strengthen boundaries, process difficult relationships, or reconnect with yourself during a season of transition, I am committed to helping you move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and emotional balance.
My goal is to help clients not only manage symptoms, but also develop a deeper understanding of themselves, cultivate healthier emotional patterns, and create a life that feels more aligned, fulfilling, and emotionally sustainable.
