About me
I am an experienced clinical psychologist offering In-Depth Psychological Evaluations for ADHD, Autism, and More.
I'm Dr. Martha Mason, a licensed clinical psychologist based in Florida. I specialize in working with adults who are navigating mood disorders, relationship difficulties, and neurodivergent experiences, including ADHD and autism. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, or a sense of disconnection from others, I aim to provide a compassionate and collaborative space where you can explore what’s holding you back and discover what supports your well-being.
My approach to therapy is integrative, meaning I draw from a variety of evidence-based frameworks—including cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, and mindfulness-based approaches—to tailor treatment to your unique needs and preferences. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. During our first few sessions, we’ll spend time exploring what brings you in, how your concerns are affecting your life, and what goals you hope to achieve through our work together.
I’m especially passionate about supporting people who may feel misunderstood or overwhelmed by the demands of everyday life. Many of my clients are bright, capable individuals who are exhausted from masking, managing complex emotions, or struggling to maintain healthy relationships. I work to create an environment where you feel seen, respected, and free to explore both challenges and strengths. I believe that healing happens not just by managing symptoms but by fostering insight, self-acceptance, and meaningful connection.
I earned my doctorate in clinical psychology and am licensed to practice in the state of Florida and PSYPACT states. I offer telehealth sessions exclusively and work with private-pay clients. While I do not bill insurance directly, I’m happy to provide a superbill you can submit for potential out-of-network reimbursement. In every session, I bring warmth, curiosity, and a deep respect for the diversity of human experience. If you’re looking for a therapist who values collaboration and authenticity, I’d be honored to support you on your journey.
