About me
I'm a licensed therapist in Alabama with extensive experience supporting individuals through life's most challenging moments. Over my career, I've worked with clients across the lifespan, helping them navigate depression, grief, family conflicts, anxiety and struggles with self-esteem and self-worth.
I specialize in helping people work through a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and identity issues. Whether you're facing communication challenges, isolation, questions about life purpose, or the weight of guilt and shame, I'm here to support you with compassion and understanding.
My approach is grounded in respect for who you are and where you come from. I work with clients of diverse backgrounds and beliefs—including those seeking a Christian-informed perspective, as well as those with secular or non-religious orientations. I'm committed to meeting you where you are and honoring your values as we work together.
I believe therapy is a collaborative journey. My role is to listen deeply, ask thoughtful questions, and help you build the skills and insights you need to move forward. I'm honored to walk alongside you as you work toward healing, growth, and a deeper sense of peace in your life.
