About me
I am a MBACP registered counsellor who has had the privilege of working with different people, ages and cultures. I have worked within the field for 20 years and in a more specialised and qualified manner within the last 10 years. I have studied a number of different approaches in order to understand the different ways your needs could be met. I provide a holistic approach to counselling by addressing the relationship and effect of the mind, body and spirit. I use a variety of therapeutic techniques to include trauma-informed, mindfulness and existential aspects of life. Purpose, self love and sell worth are at the foundation of my work and making sure everyone feel heard, acknowledged and can feel they are valued and worthy of an emotionally and healthy experience despite the hardships and traumatic situations this world may throw at us.
