About me
I am a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist with a focus on helping children & their families, gifted individuals, and people of all ages struggling with anxiety and the other social, emotional & behavioral aspects of food allergies.
When families work with me they strive to build better connections through calmer communication
I work with children, adolescents & their families when kids are struggling at home and school, to have a happier family life. I also work with young adults, adults with anxiety, particularly food allergy related worries that can impact your life in many ways. I also support and coach parents with better parenting strategies. In particular I can help with anxiety, fears & phobias, food allergy related concerns, and those in the gifted & “gifted+” or 2E community, with big feelings that may overwhelm themselves and others.
I work with children in-person in my office in Campbell. Telehealth may be an option for young adults, adults and parents from anywhere in California.
