I believe that a strong therapeutic alliance is fundamental in helping individuals meet goals in therapy and subsequently make positive life changes. Empathetic and compassionate, I continuously work on building trust, understanding, and guiding the client to explore, process, and learn skills needed to live a healthier, happier life. I care about providing accessible care to people from diverse backgrounds and speaking English, Spanish, and Polish helps me to achieve that. I am licensed in FL and IL (virtual only for IL).

My areas of interest include Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Child Development, parenthood, Grief/ Bereavement, Trauma, and facing life’s challenges/stressors and improving the quality of one’s life. I am a firm believer in a holistic approach and individualized treatment in order to help my clients achieve desired results.

I see beauty in how different we all humans are from each other, yet, similar in many instances. I hope that therapy can help each person “become the best version of yourself”, improve functioning and increase satisfaction in life.
