About me
For 15 years, I've had the honor of walking alongside people as they learn to heal, grow, and truly thrive. Psychotherapy is my calling, and I believe its power lies in a shared journey. I'm here to help you access the profound healing that someone once helped me find, not by giving you answers, but by helping you discover your own.
I practice from a Strengths-Based, Person-Centered and Integrative model utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) to help you achieve your goals. I believe in your ability to access a life full of happiness and fulfillment. You are the expert in your life and it's my job to help you figure out how to perform at your maximum potential! My clients have described me as down to earth, personable and passionate about counseling. When working with me, you'll get professionalism combined with a down to earth approach. I sometimes incorporate humor as therapeutically appropriate and you can rest assured that your comfort, healing and privacy are of the utmost importance to me. Whether it's depression, anxiety, relationship conflicts, trauma, or self-esteem, I will equip you with the tools needed to thrive, so you can stop just surviving.
