About me
Welcome to my site! I am seasoned in psychodynamic therapy(ISTDP) and Substance Use problems. My strength based style and holistic way to healing incorporates all of you into your therapy sessions. Let’s get to the bottom of your problems through hearing your voice and finding your true self. If you’ve already done that and you need some counseling to figure some things out, we can do that too!
I am a yoga/Ayurveda trained and influenced practitioner. My love for trees and actually, planting way too many, have helped me sink my roots and my teeth into my own substance and how I am in this world.
I work mostly with attachment based therapy, as I have found that much of our pain and problems are started from a young age. Let’s get to know each other and form an alliance to win, as your life matters, and I’d love to walk with you on your journey to healing.
