About me
Trauma and grief informed professional who has a passion for helping those struggling with anxiety, depression, loss, trauma, low self-esteem, stress, and relationship conflicts.
All people have unique life experiences, different paths they have traveled and detours they have made along the way. I believe every story has value and all people deserve to be heard. I know the tremendous courage and vulnerability it takes to ask for help or for someone to listen to you.
I have a heart for those who are struggling with trauma, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, relationship conflicts, grief and loss, and life changes. Whether you need help developing new skills, managing high-intensity crises, or need a safe space to process – I see the client-counselor relationship as one of the highest honors I can hold.
Feel free to reach out for a free phone consultation to see if we may be the right fit for one another. Counseling is a personal experience, and I want to ensure you find what you are looking for, whether it be with myself or one of my colleagues.
“The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.” – Carl Rogers
