About me
I am a bilingual (ENG/SPA) Trauma-Informed licensed professional counselor. I work with women and adolescents who have experienced trauma, isolation, depression, anxiety, and feeling stuck.
As my client you’ve been through some major life transitions that have left you depleted. You constantly feel fatigued, anxious, stressed, overwhelmed, and like there’s a hole you can’t seem to dig yourself out of.
You have dealt with traumatic events stemming from childhood and you are ready to break the chains of that trauma.
We will walk closely together to start rebuilding that sense of safety. Together we will work on coping skills, boundaries, and protective practices to help you feel safe within yourself and your environment.
I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel safe, heard, respected, and understood. Therapy is teamwork, and I meet you where you are—honoring your lived experiences, cultural background, values, and strengths. I have immediate virtual availability Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Let’s get in touch and begin our work together now.
