About me
I am a trauma informed therapist, specializing in EMDR, Brainspotting and IFS to help adults heal from trauma and experience a more grounded and empowered life.
My work is centered on helping clients release old patterns, heal the emotional imprints of the past, and reconnect with the strong, capable parts of themselves. My approach is collaborative and I place focus on the therapeutic relationship with my client and ensuring they feel safe and grounded, allowing them to move at their own pace. I love working with clients who are ready to let go of limiting beliefs, deepen their self-trust, and step into a more grounded and resilient version of themselves. Whether we are processing trauma, navigating life transitions, or building helathier emotional habits, my goal is to help you feel more regulated, more connected and more hopeful about what's possible.
