About me
I'm a therapist dedicated to supporting individuals through life's complexities with compassion and cultural awareness. I work with clients navigating depression, anxiety, stress, and challenges related to self-esteem, life transitions, and ADHD. My approach honors the unique experiences of my clients, particularly those from marginalized communities, and I'm committed to creating an affirming, inclusive therapeutic space.
I specialize in helping clients work through communication difficulties, isolation, social anxiety, guilt and shame, and trauma-related concerns. I also support individuals exploring self-love, mood regulation, women's issues, obsessive-compulsive patterns, young adult challenges, and codependent relationship dynamics. Additionally, I'm trained to support those healing from domestic violence and self-harm.
My therapeutic style is grounded in evidence-based practices and a deep respect for each person's identity, values, and lived experience. I believe in meeting you where you are and collaborating with you to build meaningful, sustainable change. Starting therapy takes courage, and I'm honored to walk alongside you on your healing journey.
