I'm an experienced individual and couple's therapist who uses a goal directed approach to help my clients work towards more satisfying and fulfilling life narratives

I am a psychotherapist who specializes in providing individual, relational, and sex therapy. I work with my clients to create safe, affirming space that allows them to explore the most challenging parts of their lives while celebrating and building upon their strengths. My approach to therapy is integrative and based on the specific needs and goals of the people I am working with, though my treatment methodology is grounded in psychodynamic, mindfulness based, and emotionally focused theories of therapeutic support. I work with individuals and couples who struggle with a variety of emotional, relational and sexual issues.

I have a Masters in Social Work and a second Masters in Human Sexuality. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional as well as trained in EMDR in order to better support clients seeking to address issues related to traumatic life experiences as part of their therapy.
I work with clients recovering from traumatic experiences; clients with sexual dysfunctions, overcoming barriers that keep them from reaching their erotic potential & fully enjoying the role of sexual health, wellness and pleasure in their relationships and lives.
