About me
I am an experienced Marriage and Family Therapist. I create a supportive space for couples and families to be open and honest and have meaningful conversations; a place to listen and to learn and grown together.
For more than twenty years, I’ve focused on helping couples and families heal. Humans are wired for closeness, yet when relationships become strained, family members often find themselves stuck in cycles of blaming, shaming and shutdown. Therapy offers a brave space to slow these patterns down and understand what’s really happening.
No matter how you define your family, my work is the same: helping everyone access and express the deeper emotions that drive their reactions — the longing, fear, and insecurity that often stay hidden. Instead of suppressing these vulnerable feelings, therapy supports sharing them in ways that feel safe, clear, and reachable.
New couples just starting out, empty nesters looking to reignite that spark, siblings transitioning into adulthood, parents and their kids trying to navigate new realities. For all family systems the problem is often the same: disconnection. The fear that “you’re not there for me when I need you.”
I work to help families build a steady, sheltering bond — a place where each person can exhale, feel held, and know they matter.. I strongly believe that when family members can turn toward each other with honesty and compassion, the relationship becomes a place of healing and connection again.
