I am an experienced therapist with experience in group practice, inpatient & outpatient substance use treatment, private practice, supervision, and have worked in overseas missions. Special interests include adult ADHD, trauma & PTSD, substance use / recovery, and life transitions.

After working for 20 plus years in business and owning a small business, I returned to school to fulfill a lifetime desire to become a therapist and spent time working with missions in Honduras.
I believe nothing significant happens in our lives outside of relationships. My focus is on relational counseling using that as a basis to employ other modalities as necessary. Each person's story is unique, special and influences how we are living our lives day to day.
I have experience in working with adults with diagnosed or undiagnosed ADHD, trauma, and in recovery from any form of addiction, as well as those struggling with anxiety or depression. Together we will uncover and explore the deeper issues that are part of your struggle and you feel are holding you back and/or disrupting your life and relationships.
I view life from a Christian perspective based on a non-judgmental approach to working with people from all walks of life regardless of age, race, belief system, or sexual orientation. We are all human beings deserving of dignity and respect.
