I believe I have a forward-thinking view on treatment of substance use disorders; including, medication assisted treatment. My therapeutic approach is eclectic, holistic, and informed by person-centered values in addition to many abstinence based perspectives.

Honesty, open-mindedness & willingness are pillars of recovery which have stayed with me over the years. These pillars are an integral part of my counseling practice. I have had success applying these pillars with a diverse population with a wide variety of challenges. These challenges include addiction, anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD and chronic pain. I am looking forward to getting the opportunity to be helpful to you soon.
I provide an open, caring, safe & nonjudgmental place for you to share and discuss intimate, private life challenges. I understand how overwhelming it can be, to recognize it is time to ask for help, find a therapist and follow through with those connections.
