If there are challenges that are keeping you from moving forward in life or enjoying anything in general, I would like to meet with you. I'm a certified EMDR therapist and have had the privilege of working together with individuals experiencing a variety of presenting problems including depression, anxiety, trauma, and PTSD. Other treatment approaches I use include mindfulness, solution-focused, and cognitive behavioral therapies. You are about to make an often difficult, yet courageous decision to begin therapy. It is always my goal to provide an environment where you can come and talk about anything and feel safe, supported, and know you will not be judged no matter what the reason(s) are that bring you to therapy.
