I assist individuals with healing their past, understanding and coping with their present, and being equipped and empowered to confidently walk into their futures.
At Our Healing Space, we specialize in helping people identify dysfunction and facilitate change and healing.
I work with those who may have found themselves aware of patterns of dysfunction disguised as "survival" and "living", and who want help correcting those dysfunctional patterns to create a higher morale for life!
It can be scary to open up to a stranger, but always remember: therapy is personal to the individual. You are in control and we, as counselors, work for you, to help you. I'm confident that through dedication, time and a little vulnerability, I can help you become the best version of yourself!
